Ownership and License: You retain all rights and ownership in your content, subject to the limited license you grant to us below. By uploading content to our site, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, perform, and create derivative works of your content solely for the purposes of providing our services to you and other users of our site. You may revoke this license at any time by removing your content from our site yourself or by contacting a member of support to do that. You can set your content to public or private or delete it permanently yourself. We apply a watermark to content to identify you as the owner and uploader.

Take Down and Appeals Process: If you wish to have your content removed from the site, please contact our support team. We warrant the permanent deletion and removal of your content within 7 days. If, for any reason, we do not take action on your request, you may raise an appeal with our support team. The appeal will be dealt with by a manager within 72 hours.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where our site is located, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

Entire Agreement: These terms and conditions, together with any additional guidelines or policies published by our site, constitute the entire agreement between you and us with respect to your use of our site and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, or communications between you and us, whether written or oral.
